World is always being ruled by power. Silent transformation is happening in this POWER equation. Till now, power has been in men’s hands. Nature has built them physically stronger and all social equations have been dictated by this tool till now. Now in current scenario, social and technological changes have made physical strength meaningless. We are out of that era of wars, dacoits, and loots which needed physical power to control damage. Physical strength was the only mean for protection and safety. Basic food was only necessity. Now food is easily available. Kings have less meaning in day to day day life. It is family or social equations that have taken over.
New society is evolving and it has new tool for power. Women are superior in emotional terms. They brain is better designed. They can think better and can manage relationships better. Here is their best strength lies. Now wars are more of emotional type. Men are poor in it , untrained and unprepared for this new power shift. That’s why many men are falling to heart disease or blood pressure issues. Emotional fights are making people depressed and stressed. Mental sickness coming up as it was never before.
Game of thrones reflects same new reality. Few women are leading the fight for throne. Indian elections are similar. Mamta, Mayawati, or priyanka gandhi are fighting new kind of battle. New age women are changing world from front. Katie Bouman (29 yrs old) did unimaginable. Her algorithm has captured a black hole picture. Donna strickland got nobel in physics , it was rare frontier earlier. In politics, Angela Merkel is most respectable leader at this point. Sheikh Hasina is transforming bangladesh in self sustained country. Indian girls are winning more medals than boys. Bright spots are many and coming up rapidly. But main battles are being fight at emotional level now than sport field or war field. Girls are outsmarting boys in every way.
New power always comes with new responsibilities. #metoo has changed the way we treat and see women. Misuse of power is not new and this flow of power. If girls want to rule longer, they should use new find voice cautiously. Laws are made to protect genuine sufferings. False cases are also new reality. Nature has made own protection mechanism. Power can be sustain longer if it can be used for welfare of others.
